1. Cipherfantasy

“Cipherfantasy” App is solely developed and maintained by Cipher Digitech and it does not have any manner in connection with any cricket team in Public / Private in Nature .The App of Cipherfantasy is functioning on Android and Web.

The Following rules and Regulations regulate the online gaming done By Cipher Digitech. Any person or a user accessing Cipherfantasy or Cipherfantasy App for participating in the various contests and games available on Cipherfantasy platform shall be bound by these Terms and Conditions, and all other rules, regulations and terms of use referred to herein or provided by Cipherfantasy in relation to any Cipherfantasy Services.

2. Intellectual Property

Cipherfantasy is a solely developed by the professional management team of Cipher Digitech. The license and the usage of the same are only entrusted with the Cipher Digitech. Cipherfantasy holds itself an intellectual property rights (“Intellectual Property Rights”) in all software underlying the Cipher Digitech and entirely owns the Fun Features and material published in the site of Cipherfantasy including (but not limited to) games, contests, software, advertisements, written content, photographs, graphics, images, illustrations, marks, logos, audio or video clippings and Flash animation. The users will not have access and also does not Provide any Sort of Licenses to users in written or oral to modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, reproduce, create derivative works of, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, or exploit any of the materials or content published on Cipherfantasy in any manner, either in whole or in part.

By accepting the terms & conditions users hereby grant permission to Cipherfantasy and its affiliates, partners, licensors and associates a worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, create derivative works of, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, transfer, transmit, and/or publish Users' Content for any of the following purposes:

displaying Users’ Content on cipherfantasy.com
distributing Users’ Content, either electronically or via other media, to other Users seeking to download or otherwise acquire it, and/or
Storing Users’ Content in a remote database accessible by end users, for a charge.
This license shall apply to the distribution and the storage of Users’ Content in any form, medium, or technology.
Users consent to receiving communications such as announcements, administrative messages, and advertisements from Cipherfantasy or any of its partners, licensors or associates.

3. Third Party Sites, Services and Products

Cipherfantasy may contain links to other Internet sites owned and operated by third parties. Users' use of each of those sites is subject to the conditions, if any, posted by the sites. Cipherfantasy does not exercise control over any Internet sites apart from Cipherfantasy and cannot be held responsible for any content residing in any third party Internet site. Cipherfantasy's inclusion of third-party content or links to third-party Internet sites is not an endorsement by Cipherfantasy of such third-party Internet site.

Users' correspondence, transactions or related activities with third parties, including payment providers and verification service providers, are solely between the User and that third party. Users' correspondence, transactions and usage of the services of such third party shall be subject to the terms and conditions, policies and other service terms adopted/implemented by such third party, and the User shall be solely responsible for reviewing the same prior to transacting or availing of the services of such third party. User agrees that Cipherfantasy will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as a result of any such transactions with third parties. Any questions, complaints, or claims related to any third party product or service should be directed to the appropriate vendor.

Cipherfantasy contains content that is created by Cipherfantasy as well as content provided by third parties. Cipherfantasy does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, quality of the content provided by third parties and such content may not relied upon by the Users in utilizing the Cipherfantasy Services provided on Cipherfantasy including while participating in any of the contests hosted on Cipherfantasy.

4. Usage of Cipherfantasy

Cipherfantasy shall be entitled to modify these Terms and Conditions, rules, regulations and terms of use referred to herein or provided by Cipherfantasy in relation to any Cipherfantasy Services, at any time, by posting the same on Cipherfantasy.The Terms and Conditions, rules, regulations and terms of use defined by Cipherfantasy for its users are mandatory to be followed by the users and in an event if the user fails to follow the Terms and Conditions, rules, regulations, and terms of use adequately the authorities of Cipherfantasy holds all the rights to take action against such user, which might include (but not limited to):

Restrict, suspend, or terminate any User's access to all or any part of Cipherfantasy or Cipherfantasy Fun Features ;
Change, suspend, or deactivate User's account and all related information and files on Cipherfantasy Platform or Refraining from awarding any prize(s) to such User;
Move or remove any content that is available on Cipherfantasy web/App Services;
Assign its rights and liabilities to all User accounts hereunder to any entity (post such assignment intimation of such assignment shall be sent to all Users to their registered email ids)
A single user is permitted to register or operate only one user account with Cipherfantasy (Both web & App).
The individuals using the services provided by Cipherfantasy provide their consent for receiving all the communications from Cipherfantasy. In an event, if any of the emails sent by Cipherfantasy remains unread by the user because of being sent to the Spam or Junk folders, Cipherfantasy shall not be held responsible.
Any password issued by Cipherfantasy to any of the individual using the Cipherfantasy platform should be confidential and should not be shared by the users with anyone else. The users hold the sole responsibility of maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts and passwords. The users offer their consent by agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of Cipherfantasy to inform Cipherfantasy about any unauthorized use of their passwords or accounts or any other breach of security.
The user will be responsible for the security and confidentiality of his/her payment accounts linked to his/her Cipherfantasy account. In case of any misuse of the linked payment accounts of the user, Cipherfantasy will not be held liable; further, such misuse of the linked payment accounts of the user should be reported to Cipherfantasy as soon as it comes to the notice of the user.
Users should exit / log-out of their accounts at the end of each session. Cipherfantasy will not be responsible for any loss or damage that may result if the User fails to comply with these instructions.
The Users of Cipherfantasy Platform and it’s services should neither conduct nor assist the usage of cheats, exploits, automation, software, bots, hacks or any unauthorised third-party software specifically formulated for modifying or intervening with Cipherfantasy experience or assist in such activity
Users using Cipherfantasy Platform and its services provide their consent of not copying, modifying , rent, lease, loan, sell, assign, distribute, reverse engineer, grant a security interest in, or otherwise transfer any right to anyone of the associated technologies and software.
Users agree that without Cipherfantasy's express written consent, the users to neither modify nor become a cause of modification of any of the files, technology or software associated with Cipherfantasy.
Users agree/accept not to disrupt, overburden, or aid or assist in the disruption or overburdening of

a. Any computer or server used to offer or supports Cipherfantasy Services and features.

b. The enjoyment of Cipherfantasy and its Services by other Users or an individual.

The Terms and Conditions of Cipherfantasy do not permit the user to attain any sort of unauthorized access to any other user accounts, Servers or networks associated to Cipherfantasy platforms and its services by any means except the user interface provided by Cipherfantasy. The user must not indulge in activities like circumventing or modifying, attempting to circumvent or modify, or encouraging or assisting any other person to circumvent or modify, any security, technology, device, or software associated with the platform provided by Cipherfantasy

Users agree not to use Cipherfantasy for any of the following (but not limited to):

To engage in any obscene, offensive, indecent, racial, communal, anti-national, objectionable, defamatory or abusive action or communication;
To harass, stalk, threaten, or otherwise violate any legal rights of other individuals;
To publish, post, upload, e-mail, distribute, or disseminate (collectively, "Transmit") any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent, or unlawful content;
To Transfer files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage or adversely affect the operation of another person's computer, Cipherfantasy, any software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment;
To advertise, offer or sell any goods or services for any commercial purpose on Cipherfantasy without the express written consent of Cipherfantasy;
To Transmit content regarding services, products, surveys, contests, pyramid schemes, spam, unsolicited advertising or promotional materials, or chain letters;
To download any file, recompile or disassemble or otherwise affect our products that you know or reasonably should know cannot be legally obtained in such manner;
To restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying any public area within our platform/sites;
To collect/Transfer or store personal information of other Users;
To impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a representative of Cipherfantasy, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent User's affiliation with a person or entity;
To take any action that imposes an unreasonably or disproportionately large load on Cipherfantasy’s infrastructure;
The users agree to accept that they will neither support or conduct any sort of attack including (but not limited to) distribution of a virus, denial of service, or other attempts to interrupt the services provided by Cipherfantasy or the use/services of other Cipherfantasy users.
If a User chooses a username that, in Cipherfantasy's considered opinion is obscene, indecent, abusive or that might subject Cipherfantasy to public disparagement or scorn, Cipherfantasy reserves the right, without prior notice to the User, to change such username and intimate the User or delete such username/user account and posts from Cipherfantasy, deny such User access to Cipherfantasy, in future or any combination of these options.

Unauthorised access to Cipherfantasy is considered as a breach of these Terms and Conditions, and a violation of the law. Users agree not to access Cipherfantasy by any means other than through the access that is provided by Cipherfantasy for accessing Cipherfantasy. Users agree not to use any automated means, including, without limitation, agents, robots, scripts, or spiders, or any other software to access, monitor, or copy any part of our site/App, except those automated means that we have approved in advance and in writing.

Use of Cipherfantasy is subject to existing laws and legal processes. Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions shall limit Cipherfantasy's right to comply with governmental, court, and law-enforcement requests or requirements relating to Users' use of Cipherfantasy.

Persons below the age of eighteen (18) years are not allowed to participate on any of the contests, games (by whatever name called) on the Cipherfantasy Platform. The Users will have to disclose their real age at the time of getting access into the Cipherfantasy Platform.
Cipherfantasy shall not be held responsible for any content contributed by Users on the Cipherfantasy Platform.

5. Privacy policy

All sorts of user information collected by Cipherfantasy in terms of personal details and payment information such as credit/debit card information at the time of registration is subjected to the Privacy Policy of Cipherfantasy which can be reviewed by the users at Privacy Policy

6. Conditions of joining Cipherfantasy:

By joining a contest, user agrees to be bound by the Terms and the decisions of Cipherfantasy. Subject to the terms and conditions stipulated herein below, Cipherfantasy, at its sole discretion, may disqualify/Terminate any user from a contest, refuse to award winnings or prizes and require the return of any prizes, if the user engages in unfair conduct, which the Cipherfantasy deems to be improper, unfair or otherwise adverse to the operation of the Contest or is in any way detrimental to other Users which includes, but is not limited to:
Falsifying identity’ own personal information (including, but not limited to, name, email address, bank account details and/or any other information or documentation as may be requested by Cipherfantasy to join a contest and/or claim a prize/winning.;
Engaging in any type of financial fraud or misrepresentation including unauthorised use of credit/debit instruments, payment wallet accounts etc. to join a contest or claim a prize. It is expressly clarified that the onus to prove otherwise shall solely lie on the user.
Any violation of Contest rules or the Terms of Use;
Accumulating points or prizes through unauthorised methods such as automated bots, or other automated means;
Using automated ‘means’ (including but not limited to harvesting bots, robots, parser, spiders or screen scrapers) to obtain, collect or access any information on the Website/App or of any user information for any purpose
Any type of Cash Bonus misuse, misuse of the Invite Friends program, or misuse of any other offers or promotions;
Tampering with the administration of a contest or trying to in any way tamper with the computer programs or any security measure associated with a contest;
Obtaining other users’ information without their express consent and/or knowledge and/or spamming other users (Spamming may include but shall not be limited to send unsolicited emails to users, sending bulk emails to Cipherfantasy Users, sending unwarranted email content either to selected Users or in bulk).

7. Registration

In order to register for the Contest(s), Participants are required to provide the following information accurately:
Full Name
Team Name(s)
E-mail address
Password
State of Residence
Gender
Date of birth
Participants are also required to confirm that they have read, and shall abide by, these Terms and Conditions and bound by it.
The “Full Name” and “Date of Birth” mentioned by the user for the purpose of verification should match with the Name and Date of Birth mentioned on all the documents required to be uploaded for verification purposes.
The participants who are above the age of 18 years and have successfully completed their registration process by entering valid and accurate information in the registration form are sent a confirmation email to their registered email id comprising their login details.

8. Contest(s), Participation and Prizes

The Cipherfantasy platform conducts various contest(s) through the platform offered by Cipherfantasy. Cipherfantasy offers fantasy cricket, The contests conducted by Cipherfantasy allows the users to participate in the contest (s) by formulating their own fantasy team(s) comprising of on-field players involved in the on-field match (as applicable), series or tournament to which the fantasy game relates. The teams of the individual users are rewarded with points on the basis of the performance of on-field players at the end of a designated match, round or tournament of the Contest(s). The user whose team attains the highest aggregate of points will be declared as the winner of the contest. Cipherfantasy is authorised to declare more than one Winner and distribute prizes to such Winners in increasing order of their Team's aggregate score at the end of the designated round(s) of the Contests in the event of various pre-specified contest(s). The Contest(s) organised as a part of Fun Features would comply to the Terms and Conditions, rules and regulations mentioned below:
"Fantasy Rules" available at “How To Play fantasy cricket” rules and regulations (including rules and regulation in relation to any payments made to participate in the Contest(s); and all Participants agree to abide by the same.
Cipherfantasy presently offers paid versions of the contests wherein the users can participate by paying a pre-defined amount on the relevant contest page as a part of contests entry fee. An individual with the highest aggregate of scores at the end of the pre-determined round would be eligible for winning a pre-designated prize, as stated on the relevant Contest(s) page.
An individual may create different Teams for participating in contest(s) in relation to a Sport Event across the Cipherfantasy Services. However, unless Cipherfantasy specifies otherwise in relation to any Contest ("Multiple Entry Contest"), Participants acknowledge and agree that they may enter only one Team in any Contest offered in relation to a Sport Event. In case of Multiple Entry Contest(s), a Participant may enter more than one Team in a single Multiple Entry Contest. In addition, it is expressly clarified that Cipherfantasy may, from time to time, restrict the maximum number of Teams that may be created by a single User account (for each format of the contest) or which a single User account may enter in a particular Multiple Entry contest, in each case to such number as determined by Cipherfantasy in its sole discretion.
Participant shall pay a pre-designated amount for participating in the contest(s) being created on the CipherfantasyCipherfantasy platform. In a situation where in a participant/user is found to be a resident of either Assam, Odisha, Sikkim, Nagaland or Telangana, such Participant will not be permitted to proceed to sign up for the match or contest and may not participate in any paid version of the Contest(s).
A participant who participates in any of the contest (s) shall create their own fantasy sports team before the deadline for the respective match. Announcement of the team line up before or after the deadline of the match will not have any effect on the deadline of the contest(s). The contest(s) will be conducted and results will be declared irrespective of the time of announcement of team line up. There are no limits as to the number of times Participants can make changes to their team/teams before the deadline. The Participant shall not be allowed to make any further edits to their respective Teams post deadline of the match.

9. Contest Formats

Currently two formats of contest(s) are made available on Cipherfantasy platform (1) Public contest where Users can participate in a contest with other Users without any restriction on participation and (2) private contests, where Users can invite specific Users into a Contest and restrict participation to such invited Users. A user can enter into a maximum of 400 contest (including both Public contests and Private contests) per match. Any participation in a contest more than 400 shall be automatically prohibited. All rules applicable to Contest(s) as set out herein will be applicable to both formats of the contest(s).

Public Contests
Cipherfantasy in public contests format of the Contest(s) can offer any pre-defined numbers of participants that can take part in the contest.
Cipherfantasy is authorised to conduct the public contests format of Contest(s) as a paid contest and might announce the winner at the end of the contest.
Cipherfantasy can pre-define the number of participants required to make the Contest(s) operational. In an event wherein the number of participants required to make the contest operation equalises with the number of users participating in the contest, the Contest(s) organised as a public league by Cipherfantasy will begin at the scheduled start of the Contest(s). However, in a situation where in the number of participants is less than the number required at the time of beginning the Contest(s), the Contest(s) will be discarded, and the participation fee will be refunded to the participants without any charge or deduction.
Private contests
- Cipherfantasy offers "Private Contests” as another form of a contest on its platform. The Private contests can be defined as a contest wherein the users are enabled to create their own contest and invite other users (friends or other Cipherfantasy users) to compete with them. The private contests created by the users are a part of pay-to-play contests wherein the players are required to pay an entry fee for joining the contest.
- Cipherfantasy neither allows nor encourages any change except the name of the contest once a user creates any private contests. The Winning amount and number or participants once defined at the time of creating private contests cannot be changed further in any case.
- In order to join a private contests, the invited user is required to fill in the contest code followed by the payment of the entry fee, and then only the invited user will be considered as a participant of the private contest. The private contests are a part of first come first serve basis. In case, the private league meets the required number of participants; it shall be considered as operative, and no other user will be allowed to participate in the contest.
- In an event, a private contest created by any user fails to meet the pre-specified required number of the participant before the deadline which is 1 hour prior to the commencement of the real match, the contest will be automatically deleted, and the entry fee will be refunded to all the users who have joined the private contests.
- The participation of any invited user in any of the private contest created by any user is entirely dependent on the pre-specified number of participants for the private contests. Cipherfantasy shall not be held responsible for the deletion or cancellation of any private league due to an inability of meeting the pre-specified required number of participants.
- Cipherfantasy at its sole and absolute discretion holds all the rights to block a user account, refraining the user from further playing or availing the services offered by Cipherfantasy, if any user is found or suspected of carrying out or encouraging any suspicious activity, by the auditing team of Cipherfantasy.

10. Legality of Game of Skill

Games of skill are legal, as they are excluded from the ambit of Indian gambling legislations including, the Public Gambling Act of 1867.The Indian Supreme Court in the cases of State of Andhra Pradesh v. K Satyanarayana (AIR 1968 SC 825) and KR Lakshmanan v. State of Tamil Nadu (AIR 1996 SC 1153) has held that a game in which success depends predominantly upon the superior knowledge, training, attention, experience and adroitness of the player shall be classified as a game of skill.
The Contest (s) described above (across the Cipherfantasy Services) are games of skill as success of Participants depends primarily on their superior knowledge of the games of cricket or any other fantasy sports games statistics, knowledge of players' relative form, players' performance in a particular territory, conditions and/or format (such as ODIs, test cricket and Twenty20 in the cricket fantasy game), attention and dedication towards the Contest(s) and adroitness in playing the Contest(s). The Contest(s) also requires Participants to field well-balanced sides with limited resources and make substitutions at appropriate times to gain the maximum points.
By participating in this Contest(s), each Participant acknowledges and agrees that he/she is participating in a game of skill.

11. Eligibility

The Contest(s) are open only to individuals above the age of 18 years.
The Contest(s) are open only to individuals, currently residing in India.
Persons who wish to participate must have a valid email address.
Only those Participants who have successfully registered on the Cipherfantasy as well as registered prior to each match in accordance with the procedure outlined above shall be eligible to participate in the Contest and win prizes.

12. Payment Terms

In respect of any transactions entered into on the Cipherfantasy platform, including making a payment to participate in the paid versions of Contest(s), Users agree to be bound by the following payment terms:
- The payment of pre-designated amount Users make to participate in the Contest(s) is inclusive of the pre-designated platform fee for access to the Cipherfantasy Services charged by Cipherfantasy and pre-determined participant’s contribution towards prize money pool.
- The Cipherfantasy reserves the right to charge a Platform Fee, which would be specified and notified by Cipherfantasy on the Contest page, being created on Cipherfantasy platform, prior to a User's joining of such Contest. The Platform Fee (inclusive of applicable tax thereon) will be debited from the User’s account balance and Cipherfantasy shall issue an invoice for such debit to the User.
- Any user availing Cipherfantasy services are provided with two categories of accounts for the processing and reconciliation of payments: (i) 'Unutilised' Account, (ii) Winnings Account. It is clarified that in no instance the transfer of any amounts in the User's accounts to any other category of account held by the user or any third party account, including a bank account held by a third party:
  - User's winnings in any Contest will reflect as credits to the User's Winnings Account.
  - User’s remitting the amount the designated payment gateway shall be credited to User’s Unutlized Account’.
- Each time a User participates in any contest on Cipherfantasy platform, the pre-designated amount shall be debited in the User’s account. In debiting amounts from the User’s accounts towards the pre-designated amount of such user shall be debited from the User’s Unutilized Account and thereafter, any remaining amount of participation fee shall be debited from the User’s Winning Account.
- In case there is any amount remaining to be paid by the User in relation to such User’s participation in any match(s) or Contest(s), the User will be taken to the designated payment gateway to give effect to such payment. In case any amount added by the User through such payment gateway exceeds the remaining amount of the pre-designated amount, the amount in excess shall be transferred to the User’s ‘Unutilized’ Account and will be available for use in participation in any match(s) or Contest(s) or for withdrawal in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
- Debits from the ‘Unutilized’ Account for the purpose of enabling a user’s participation in a Contest shall be made in order of the date of credit of amounts in the ‘Unutilized’ Account, and accordingly amounts credited into ‘Unutilized’ Account earlier in time shall be debited first.
- A User shall be permitted to withdraw any amounts credited into such User's 'Unutilized' Account for any reason whatsoever by contacting Cipherfantasy Customer Support. All amounts credited into a User's 'Unutilized' Account must be utilised within 300 days of credit. In case any unutilised amount lies in the 'Unutilized' Account after the completion of 300 days from the date of credit of such amount, Cipherfantasy reserves the right to forfeit such unutilised amount, without liability or obligation to pay any compensation to the User.
- Withdrawal of any amount standing to the User's credit in the Winnings Account may be made by way of a request to Cipherfantasy but shall occur automatically upon completion of 300 days from the date of credit of such amount in the User's Winnings Account. In either case, Cipherfantasy shall effect an online transfer to the User's bank account on record with Cipherfantasy within a commercially reasonable period of time. Such transfer will reflect as a debit to the User's Winnings Account. Cipherfantasy shall not charge any processing fee for the online transfer of such amount from the Winnings Account to the User's bank account on record with Cipherfantasy. Users are requested to note that they will be required to provide valid photo identification and address proof documents for proof of identity and address in order for Cipherfantasy to process the withdrawal request. The name mentioned on the User's photo identification document should correspond with the name provided by the User at the time of registration on Cipherfantasy, as well as the name and address existing in the records of the User's bank account as provided to Cipherfantasy. In the event that no bank account has been registered by the User against such User's account with Cipherfantasy, or the User has not verified his/her User account with Cipherfantasy, to Cipherfantasy's satisfaction and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, Cipherfantasy shall provide such User with a notification to the User's email address as on record with Cipherfantasy at least 30 days prior to the Auto Transfer Date, and in case the User fails to register a bank account with his/her User Account and/or to verify his/her User Account by the Auto Transfer Date, Cipherfantasy shall be entitled to forfeit any amounts subject to transfer on the Auto Transfer Date. Failure to provide Cipherfantasy with a valid bank account or valid identification documents (to Cipherfantasy's satisfaction) may result in the forfeiture of any amounts subject to transfer in accordance with this clause.
- Users agree that once they confirm a transaction on Cipherfantasy, they shall be bound by and make payment for that transaction.
- The User acknowledges that subject to time taken for bank reconciliations and such other external dependencies that Cipherfantasy has on third parties; any transactions on Cipherfantasy Platform may take up to 24 hours to be processed. Any amount paid or transferred into the User's 'Unutilized' Account or Winnings Account may take up to 24 hours to reflect in the User's 'Unutilized' Account or Winnings Account balance. Similarly, the utilization of the bonus points or money debited from 'Unutilized' Account or Winnings Account may take up to 24 hours to reflect in the User's 'Unutilized' Account or Winnings Account balance. Users agree not to raise any complaint or claim against Cipherfantasy in respect of any delay, including any lost opportunity to join any Contest or match due to delay in crediting of transaction amount into any of the User's accounts
  A transaction, once confirmed, is final and no cancellation is permissible.
  Cipherfantasy may, in certain exceptional circumstances and at its sole and absolute discretion, refund the amount to the User after deducting applicable cancellation charges and taxes. At the time of the transaction, Users may also be required to take note of certain additional terms and conditions and such additional terms and conditions shall also govern the transaction. To the extent that the additional terms and conditions contain any clause that is conflicting with the present terms and conditions, the additional terms and conditions shall prevail.

13. Summary of fantasy points

Cipherfantasy may obtain the score feed and other information required for the computation and tabulation of fantasy points from third party service provider(s). In the rare event that any error in the computation or summary of fantasy points, selection of winners, etc., as a result of inaccuracies in or incompleteness of the feed provided by the third party service provider comes to its attention, Cipherfantasy shall use best efforts to rectify such error prior to the distribution of prizes. However, Cipherfantasy hereby clarifies that it relies on the accuracy and completeness of such third party score/statistic feeds and does not itself warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy thereof and, in any event, shall take no responsibility for inaccuracies in computation and summary of fantasy points or the selection of winners as a result of any inaccurate or incomplete scores/statistics received from such third party service provider. Users and Participants agree not to make any claim or raise any complaint against Cipherfantasy in this respect.

14. Selection and Verification of Winners and Conditions relating to the Prizes

Selection of Winners

Cipherfantasy will select winners on the basis of computation and tabulation of scores in a designated round (which may last anywhere between one day and an entire tournament) of the Contest(s). An individual whose team will score the highest aggregate of points based on the on-field performance of their selected players will be declared as winners by Cipherfantasy. However, in an event wherein the number of pre-designated winners is defined to be more than one by Cipherfantasy, then, the winners will be chosen on the basis of increasing order of their aggregate scores at the end of the designated round of the Contest. Cipherfantasy shall pre-define the number of winners to be announced and prizes to be distributed on the Contest page before the beginning of the game. Any individual identified by Cipherfantasy as creating a team on behalf of other users will be disqualified from the Contest(s). In an event wherein there's a tie between the winners, then the winning users shall be declared as the winners, and the prize shall be equally divided among such Participants. If the users have not complied with the Terms and Conditions defined by Cipherfantasy, then, Cipherfantasy shall not be liable to pay any prize in relation to the use of the Cipherfantasy.com, Contest, "Fantasy Rules," etc.

Contacting Winners

Winners shall be contacted by Cipherfantasy or the third party conducting the Contest on the e-mail address provided at the time of registration. The verification process and the documents required for the collection of prize shall be detailed to the Winners at this stage. As a general practice, winners will be required to provide following documents:

Photocopy/Scanned copy of the User's PAN card;
Photocopy/ Scanned copy of a government-issued residence proof;
User's bank account details and proof of the same.

Cipherfantasy shall not permit an individual to withdraw his/her prize without the submission and verification of the above mentioned documents within the time-period defined by Cipherfantasy. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the users ensure that the documents provided at the time of verification are the true copies of the original documents.

Users are required to provide adequate and complete details at the time of registration. Cipherfantasy shall not be responsible for communications errors, commissions or omissions including those of the Participants due to which the results may not be communicated to the Winner. The list of Winners shall be posted on a separate web-page on the Cipherfantasy. The winners will also be intimated by e-mail. In the event that a Participant has been declared a Winner on the abovementioned web-page but has not received any communication from Cipherfantasy, such Participant may contact Cipherfantasy within the time specified on the webpage.

Verification process

Cipherfantasy is authorized only to permit the participants who have successfully completed the verification process by providing the required documents within the time limit specified by Cipherfantasy to withdraw/receive their accumulated winnings (or any part thereof). Any request for extending the time-limit for verification and document submission shall not be accepted by Cipherfantasy.
Cipherfantasy is authorized to disqualify any winner from withdrawing their accumulated winnings post scrutinizing all documents (or any part thereof) on the following grounds:
Cipherfantasy identifies that any of the document or information provided by the user at the time of verification is inadequate, incorrect, misleading, false, fabricated, incomplete or illegible; or
Participant does not fulfil the Eligibility Criteria specified in Clause 9 above; or
Any other ground.
Any winner who is winning any paid contest authorizes Cipherfantasy to use images and names of the winners on social media platform and to display on pages, ads of Cipherfantasy as and when needed. In case, any user disagrees to this, no withdrawal shall be processed, and the user will not be allowed to play further on Cipherfantasy.

Taxes Payable

All prizes shall be subject to deduction of tax ("TDS") as per the Income Tax Act 1961. As of April 1, 2018, the TDS rate prescribed by the Government of India with respect to any prize money amount that is in excess of Rs. 10,000/- is 31.2% of the total prize money amount. In case of any revisions by the Government of India to the aforementioned rate in the future, TDS will be deducted by Cipherfantasy in accordance with the then current prescribed TDS rate. Winners will be provided TDS certificates in respect of such tax deductions. The Winners shall be responsible for payment of any other applicable tax, including but not limited to, income tax, gift tax, etc. in respect of the prize money.
Miscellaneous
Prize distribution and awarding related decisions undertaken by Cipherfantasy shall be final, binding and non-contestable. The individuals participating in the paid formats of the Contest(s) ensure that they are not the residents of Assam, Odisha, Telangana, and Nagaland. Cipherfantasy hold all the rights to disqualify any participant playing the paid formats of the Contest(s) if identified as a resident of the abovementioned Indian states and forfeit any prize won by such participants. Further Cipherfantasy is authorized to suspend or terminate the accounts of such participants at its sole and absolute discretion.

If in case of a head-to-head contest both the users tend to have same team with the same players as well as the captain & vice-captain, no winner will be declared in such cases and the entry fee of both the users will be refunded to their Cipherfantasy wallets.

15. Cashfree contests

Cipherfantasy often organizes Contest(s) in Cash Free Contest formats wherein it enables its users to win cash prize without paying any entry charges for the contests. In an event wherein any user wins the free contests organized by Cipherfantasy the winning amount will get transferred to the user’s account which can be used only for joining further paid leagues organized by Cipherfantasy. The winning amount cannot be used or withdrawn for any other purpose except for joining other leagues.

Cipherfantasy holds all the rights to disqualify a participant alongside forfeiting the prize of such participants at its sole and absolute discretion, in an event wherein an individual below the age of 18 years is identified playing the paid formats of the Contest(s) organized by Cipherfantasy. In addition to this, Cipherfantasy can suspend or terminate the accounts of such participants. Cipherfantasy shall not be held liable for the quality, suitability, and merchantability of the prizes as Cipherfantasy makes no warranties about the same to the extent permitted by legal authorities.

Cipherfantasy is authorized to modify or change the prizes offered to the participants declared as the winners of Contest(s) organized by Cipherfantasy, and the participants not raise any claim or question the decision of Cipherfantasy related to the prize modification.

Cipherfantasy shall not be held responsible or liable for any sort of damage or loss to the prizes occurring at the time of transportation.

Any sort of transportation charges including shipping and courier are to be undertaken by the customers in respect of the prizes.

In case of the cash prizes, the transaction charges fall under the part of the customers.

The prizes given to the participants declared as the winners of Contest(s) organized by Cipherfantasy are non-transferable and non-refundable. The winners can neither exchange/redeem those prizes for cash or kind.

16.Publicity

Acceptance of a prize by the Winner constitutes permission for Cipherfantasy, and its affiliates to use the Winner's name, likeness, voice and comments for advertising and promotional purposes in any media worldwide for purposes of advertising and trade without any further permissions or consents and / or additional compensation whatsoever.
The Winners further undertake that they will be available for promotional purposes as planned and desired by Cipherfantasy without any charge. The exact dates remain the sole discretion of Cipherfantasy. Promotional activities may include but not be limited to press events, internal meetings and ceremonies/functions.

17. General conditions

In a rare event wherein Cipherfantasy identifies the need of any governmental, statutory or regulatory compliances or approvals for organizing any Contest(s) or the company identifies any on-going Contest(s) breaching the legal guidelines or being prohibited by the legal authorities, then, Cipherfantasy hold all the rights to cancel or withdraw such Contest(s) without any prior notice to the participants or the winners. The individuals using the services provided by Cipherfantasy agree not to make any claims related to such cancellation or withdrawal in any manner. The employees, directors, affiliates, relatives and family members of Cipherfantasy, will not be eligible to participate in any Contest(s).

18. Dispute and Dispute Resolution

Any sort of disputes associated with Fun Features or services provided by Cipherfantasy including the Contest(s), the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, or the rights and obligations of the User(s) (including Participants) or Cipherfantasy shall be undertaken by the courts of competent jurisdiction at Cochin, Kerala. All sorts of disputes, issues, and questions shall be addressed by the court competent jurisdiction in alignment with the laws of the Republic of India.
In a circumstance wherein a legal dispute arises (legal issue or question) between two parties, the party raising the dispute is bound to provide written notification ("Notification") to the other party involved in the dispute. The parties involved in the dispute should initially focus on resolving the issue post receiving the Notification. However, if both the parties fail to resolve the dispute through mutual discussion within 15 days of receiving the Notification, the dispute shall be resolved by arbitration.
The place of arbitration shall be Cochin, India. All arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English and in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time.
During the arbitration process, the parties involved in the dispute will be complied to follow the arbitration award. Additionally, the parties involved in the disputes will have to bear costs of arbitration on their own and will have to equally share the fees of the arbitrator unless stated otherwise by the arbitral tribunal. The arbitrator is allowed to pass interim orders and awards, including the orders for specific performance and such orders would be enforceable in competent courts. The arbitrator is bound to provide a rational award.
Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions shall prevent Cipherfantasy from seeking and obtaining interim or permanent equitable or injunctive relief, or any other relief available to safeguard Cipherfantasy's interest prior to, during or following the filing of arbitration proceedings or pending the execution of a decision or award in connection with any arbitration proceedings from any court having jurisdiction to grant the same. The pursuit of equitable or injunctive relief shall not constitute a waiver on the part of Cipherfantasy to pursue any remedy for monetary damages through the arbitration described herein.

19. Release and Limitations of Liability

Users shall access the Cipherfantasy Services provided on Cipherfantasy voluntarily and at their own risk. Cipherfantasy shall, under no circumstances be held responsible or liable on account of any loss or damage sustained (including but not limited to any accident, injury, death, loss of property) by Users or any other person or entity during the course of access to the Cipherfantasy Services (including participation in the Contest(s)) or as a result of acceptance of any prize.

By entering the contests and accessing the Cipherfantasy Services provided therein, Users hereby release from and agree to indemnify Cipherfantasy, and/ or any of its directors, employees, partners, associates and licensors, from and against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out their access to the Cipherfantasy Services including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property and whether direct, indirect, consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission on their part, or otherwise.
Cipherfantasy accepts no liability, whether jointly or severally, for any errors or omissions, whether on behalf of itself or third parties in relation to the prizes.
Users shall be solely responsible for any consequences which may arise due to their access of Cipherfantasy Services by conducting an illegal act or due to non-conformity with these Terms and Conditions and other rules and regulations in relation to Cipherfantasy Services, including provision of incorrect address or other personal details. Users also undertake to indemnify Cipherfantasy and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents on the happening of such an event (including without limitation cost of attorney, legal charges etc.) on full indemnity basis for any loss/damage suffered by Cipherfantasy on account of such act on the part of the Users.
Users shall indemnify, defend, and hold Cipherfantasy harmless from any third party/entity/organization claims arising from or related to such User's engagement with the Cipherfantasy or participation in any Contest. In no event shall Cipherfantasy be liable to any User for acts or omissions arising out of or related to User's engagement with the Cipherfantasy or his/her participation in any Contest(s).
In consideration of Cipherfantasy allowing Users to access the Cipherfantasy Services, to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Users waive and release each and every right or claim, all actions, causes of actions (present or future) each of them has or may have against Cipherfantasy, its respective agents, directors, officers, business associates, group companies, sponsors, employees, or representatives for all and any injuries, accidents, or mishaps (whether known or unknown) or (whether anticipated or unanticipated) arising out of the provision of Cipherfantasy Services or related to the Contests or the prizes of the Contests.

20. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted under law, neither Cipherfantasy nor its parent/holding company, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, professional advisors, employees shall be responsible for the deletion, the failure to store, the mis-delivery, or the untimely delivery of any information or material.
To the extent permitted under law, Cipherfantasy shall not be responsible for any harm resulting from downloading or accessing any information or material, the quality of servers, games, products, Cipherfantasy services or sites, cancellation of competition and prizes. Cipherfantasy disclaims any responsibility for, and if a User pays for access to one of Cipherfantasy's Services the User will not be entitled to a refund as a result of, any inaccessibility that is caused by Cipherfantasy's maintenance on the servers or the technology that underlies our sites, failures of Cipherfantasy's service providers (including telecommunications, hosting, and power providers), computer viruses, natural disasters or other destruction or damage of our facilities, acts of nature, war, civil disturbance, or any other cause beyond our reasonable control. In addition, Cipherfantasy does not provide any warranty as to the content on the Cipherfantasy(s). Cipherfantasy(s) content is distributed on an "as is, as available" basis.
Any material accessed, downloaded or otherwise obtained through Cipherfantasy is done at the User's discretion, competence, acceptance and risk, and the User will be solely responsible for any potential damage to User's computer system or loss of data that results from a User's download of any such material.
Cipherfantasy shall make best endeavours to ensure that the Cipherfantasy(s) is error-free and secure, however, neither Cipherfantasy nor any of its partners, licensors or associates makes any warranty that:
The Cipherfantasy(s) will meet Users' requirements,
Cipherfantasy(s) will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free
The results that may be obtained from the use of Cipherfantasy(s) will be accurate or reliable; and
The quality of any products, Cipherfantasy Services, information, or other material that Users purchase or obtain through Cipherfantasy.com(s) will meet Users' expectations.
In case Cipherfantasy discovers any error, including any error in the determination of Winners or in the transfer of amounts to a User's account, Cipherfantasy reserves the right (exercisable at its discretion) to rectify the error in such manner as it deems fit, including through a set-off of the erroneous payment from amounts due to the User or deduction from the User's account of the amount of erroneous payment. In case of exercise of remedies in accordance with this clause, Cipherfantasy agrees to notify the User of the error and of the exercise of the remedy(ies) to rectify the same.
To the extent permitted under law, neither Cipherfantasy nor its partners, licensors or associates shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use our sites, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Any Cipherfantasy Services, events or Contest(s) being hosted or provided, or intended to be hosted on Cipherfantasy platform and requiring specific permission or authority from any statutory authority or any state or the central government, or the board of directors shall be deemed cancelled or terminated, if such permission or authority is either not obtained or denied either before or after the availability of the relevant Cipherfantasy Services, events or Contest(s) are hosted or provided.
To the extent permitted under law, in the event of suspension or closure of any Services, events or Contests, Users (including Participants) shall not be entitled to make any demands, claims, on any nature whatsoever.

21. Miscellaneous

Cipherfantasy may be required under certain legislations, to notify User(s) of certain events. User(s) hereby acknowledge and consent that such notices will be effective upon Cipherfantasy posting them on the Cipherfantasy or delivering them to the User through the email address provided by the User at the time of registration. User(s) may update their email address by logging into their account on the Cipherfantasy. If they do not provide Cipherfantasy with accurate information, Cipherfantasy cannot be held liable for failure to notify the User.

Cipherfantasy shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances or cause beyond Cipherfantasy's control such as acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labour or materials or any cancellation of any cricket match to which a Contest relates. In such circumstances, Cipherfantasy shall also be entitled to cancel any related Contest(s) and to process an appropriate refund for all Participants.

Cipherfantasy's failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Users agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Cipherfantasy or these Terms must be filed within thirty (30) days of such claim or cause of action arising or be forever barred.

These Terms and Conditions, including all terms, conditions, and policies that are incorporated herein by reference, constitute the entire agreement between the User(s) and Cipherfantasy Gaming Private Limited and govern your use of the Cipherfantasy, superseding any prior agreements that any User may have with Cipher Digitech.

If any part of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be indefinite, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable, the rest of these Terms and Conditions shall continue in full force.

Cipherfantasy reserves the right to moderate, restrict or ban the use of the Cipherfantasy, specifically to any User, or generally, in accordance with Cipherfantasy's policy/policies from time to time, at its sole and absolute discretion and without any notice.

Cipherfantasy may, at its sole and absolute discretion, permanently close or temporarily suspend any Cipherfantasy Services (including any Contest(s).

22. Refund

Any amount once added to the Cipherfantasy account of user can't be refunded/credited to the bank account, back to the user in any case, and the amount can be used to join the leagues, contest(s) organized by Cipherfantasy.
The individuals using the services and platform provided by Cipherfantasy are not permitted to cancel any transaction which has been once confirmed. However, Cipherfantasy is authorized to permit any user to cancel a transaction and refund the transaction amount paid by the user at its sole and absolute discretion, in an event :If the User sends a written request to Cipherfantasy from the registered email Id to cancel such payment; or If the payment is made for participation in the paid version(s) of the Contest(s), the cancellation request must be received at least 2 days prior to the commencement of the round in respect of which the payment is made; Cipherfantasy shall not be liable to refund any amount thereafter.
Cipherfantasy reserves the rights to refund the transaction amount to the user in the abovementioned case at its sole and absolute discretion post deducting applicable cancellation charges and taxes. Further, amid the transaction process, the users should take a note of the additional terms and conditions which significantly govern the transaction. In an event wherein the clauses defined in additional terms and conditions conflict with the present Terms and Conditions defined by Cipherfantasy, the additional terms, and conditions associated with transactions shall prevail. The refund is only applicable to the amount used to join any league and shall be refunded to the Cipherfantasy wallet source, as deducted.

23. Standard Terms and Conditions of Promotions

The users are bound to comply with the Promotion Terms defined by Cipherfantasy in respect of such Promotion ("Promotion Terms") and these Standard Terms while participating in any sort of promotions. Further, the users while participating in any Promotion accepts and agrees to comply with terms and conditions, and privacy policies of the Cipherfantasy.
The Promotions are only open to users in India. Participation in the Promotions by proxy is not permitted.
Participation in the Promotions is voluntary.
Participation in one Promotion does not guarantee that such user will be eligible to participate in another Promotion.
An individual using the services and Fun Features provided by Cipherfantasy shall participate and avail the Promotions offered by Cipherfantasy only through one account. A user already registered with Cipherfantasy is not permitted to create a new account or use various accounts for participating in a Promotion.
The individuals using the services provided by Cipherfantasy, intending to participate in a Promotion may be required to verify their mobile number and other account details in alignment with the Promotion Terms for such Promotion.
The individuals willing to participate in the Promotion of Cipherfantasy with their numbers registered on the National Do Not Call Registry (“NDNC Registry”), need to de-register their numbers from the NDNC Registry until the completion of such Promotion (including the delivery of Bonus Amount (if any) or the free-entry (if any) under such Promotion). Cipherfantasy shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage in the event of notification failure to the users from Cipherfantasy arising due to the participant’s association with NDNC list. The users intending to participate in the Promotion with their numbers registered on to the NDNC list shall not be authorized to make any claim or raise any complaints against Cipherfantasy if they do or do not receive any call or SMS with respect to their participation and all other matters pertaining to a Promotion.
The verification process may require you to submit personal information about yourself. The users willing to participate in the Promotion provide their consent to receive communication from Cipherfantasy. Any sort of user information including identity and contact details collected by Cipherfantasy amid the registration, verification or during the user usage of Cipherfantasy.com shall be subject to Cipherfantasy’s Privacy Policy.
Cipherfantasy reserves rights to disqualify any user at its sole and absolute discretion from a Promotion in an event wherein the user is identified to be engaged in any inadequate, illegal, or unlawful conduct (with regard to any of the Promotions or otherwise).
The users can use the Bonus Amount (if any) deposited in their accounts as a part of Cipherfantasy promotional offers for paying 15% of the entry fee to join various cash contests. However, the Bonus Amount (if any) present in the accounts of the users cannot be withdrawn or transferred to any other cash balance section of wallet held by the user with Cipherfantasy or to any third party account or to any bank/payment instrument account. The bonus amount (if any) shall expire at the end of forty-five days from the date of credit of the bonus amount (if any).
The deposit of the Bonus Amount (if applicable) or the grant of the free-entry (if any) shall be at the sole discretion of Cipherfantasy and shall be subject to the user’s compliance with these Standard Terms and the applicable Promotion Terms. Cipherfantasy is authorized to change or substitute the Bonus Amount (if any) or free-entry (if any) provided to the users under a Promotion at any time without any prior notice to the users. The users are not permitted to substitute Bonus Amount (if any) or free-entry (if any) for other items or exchange for cash.
In an event wherein Cipherfantasy identifies or believes that a user participating in the Promotion has violated the Standard Terms, Promotion Terms or the terms and conditions of the Cipherfantasy fantasy game(s), Cipherfantasy is authorized to withhold or forfeit the benefits of a Promotion (including a free-entry or Bonus Amount due to a participant or any prizes/winnings earned by the participant by using such benefits).
Mere participation in a Promotion does not entitle the participant to receive any free-entry or Bonus Amount(s) indicated as a prize under such Promotion.
Cipherfantasy's decision regarding the winners and prizes in the context of the Promotion(s) will be final and binding. Further, Cipherfantasy shall not entertain any sort of correspondence, objection, complaints, etc. in this regard.
Each Promotion cannot be clubbed with any of other contest/offer/promotion that is running simultaneously and organized or conducted by Cipherfantasy.
Cipherfantasy holds all the rights to change/modify/or withdraw any of the Promotions and/or change these Standard Terms and/or the Promotion Terms without any prior notice to the users.
Cipherfantasy does not make any commitment, express or implied, to respond to any feedback, suggestion and, or, queries of the participants of the Promotions.
Notwithstanding anything contained herein, the aggregate liability of Cipherfantasy to a participating user in relation to any Promotion for any reason whatsoever shall not exceed CPR 100 or the joining fee (whichever is lower).
Any sort of dispute or disagreement regarding the Promotion shall be addressed and resolved in the jurisdictions of the courts of Cochin as all these Promotions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India.

24. Standard Terms and Conditions of "Refer Friends" program.

Cipherfantasy provides you an opportunity to compete with your friends by referring them for joining Cipherfantasy through the Refer a Friend Program of Cipherfantasy. The Refer a Friend program of Cipherfantasy enables you to Refer friends alongside offering you and your referred friends a Cash Bonus of up to Rs.50 in an event wherein you and your referred friend meet the criteria and complete all the steps specified in these terms. The Cash Bonus earned by you and your referred friend will be redeemable to join cash contests and contests through the Cipherfantasy’s mobile application for the iOS and/or Android mobile devices. The following Terms and Conditions are defined by Cipherfantasy for participating in the Refer a Friend program. These Terms and Conditions should be followed by the users as they govern the user’s participation in the Program:
"Inviter Bonus".. In order for an Inviter to be eligible to earn the Bonus Amount due to him/her ("Inviter Bonus"), the Inviter must also download and install the Cipherfantasy Application on his/her mobile device verify his/her mobile number and email address prior to the completion of the Verification Period.

The Bonus Amounts credited to the Inviter/Invitee can be used by the Inviter/Invitee to join cash contests and contests offered by Cipherfantasy through the Platform. No part of the Bonus Amount may be used to join private contests or be withdrawn or transferred to any other cash balance account held by the Inviter/Invitee with Cipherfantasy or to any third party account or to any bank/payment instrument account. the bonus amount shall expire and be without effect at the end of fourteen days from the date of credit of the bonus amount.

The deposit of the Bonus Amount shall be at the sole discretion of Cipherfantasy and shall be subject to the Inviter’s/Invitee’s compliance with these Terms. Cipherfantasy may substitute or change the Bonus Amount offered under the Program at any time without notice. An Inviter/Invitee may not substitute the amount of Bonus Amount or substitute offering for other items or exchange for cash.

Cipherfantasy reserves the right to:
- Withhold the deposit of the Bonus Amount; and/or
- Forfeit any deposited Bonus Amount to an Inviter/Invitee or any prizes/winnings earned by the participant by using such Bonus Amount; and/or
- Deactivate the accounts of the Inviter/Invitee, in the event that it determines or reasonably believes that such Inviter/Invitee has violated these Terms or the terms and conditions of the Cipherfantasy fantasy games.

Mere participation in the Program does not entitle the Inviter/Invitee to receive any Bonus Amount.
Cipherfantasy may, at its sole and absolute discretion, disqualify any Inviter/Invitee if such Inviter/Invitee engages in or it is found that such Inviter/Invitee has engaged in any illegal, unlawful or improper conduct (with regard to the Program or otherwise).
The decision of Cipherfantasy will be final and binding with regard to the Program, and the deposit of the Bonus Amount and no correspondence, objection, complaints, etc. will be entertained in this regard.
This Program cannot be clubbed with any other contests/promotions/programs that are running simultaneously and organised or conducted by Cipherfantasy.
Cipherfantasy reserves the right to change/modify/or withdraw the Program and/or change these terms and conditions without any prior notice of the same at its sole discretion.
The Terms and Conditions, as applicable to the Cipherfantasy's fantasy games and services, will apply to and govern the Program.
Cipherfantasy does not make any commitment, express or implied, to respond to any feedback, suggestion and, or, queries of the participants (Inviter/Invitee) of the Program.
Notwithstanding anything contained herein, the aggregate liability of Cipherfantasy to a participating Inviter/Invitee in relation to the Program for any reason whatsoever shall not exceed Rs.50.

25. Verification

In order to create, register and operate an account with Cipherfantasy, the users need to verify personal and contact information including
Mobile Number
E-mail id
Pan Card
Bank Account details (Such as Bank Name, DOB, Branch, IFSC Code, and State.)
The images provided by the participants using the services provided by Cipherfantasy should be scanned copies of the original documents. Further, the image size of the scanned copies of original documents provided by the users for account verification should not exceed 2MB.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the users provide their consent to provide adequate and accurate information at the time of verification. Cipherfantasy reserves all the rights to reject the verification application of a user in an event wherein the PAN card details and Account details of the user does not match with each other.
The users using the services provided by Cipherfantasy should provide the documents demanded by Cipherfantasy, none of the document alternatives would be accepted for the verification process. Further, the PAN card of a user creating and registering an account with Cipherfantasy born before the year 1968 will not be accepted. In an event wherein the user creating and registering an account with Cipherfantasy is born before the year 1968, the user will be required to provide a verification proof wherein the user should email an image holding his/her PAN card near his/her face at helpdesk@Cipherfantasy.com
The verification process of Cipherfantasy needs 1-3 days for completion. In this regard, all the verification requests can take a time of up to 1-3 working days for completion. The users will be updated by Cipherfantasy regarding the completion of the verification process.
Any change in the information provided by the user while registration or after should only be entertained if received in writing with a valid document of change. Users are bound to provide the change in their information to Cipherfantasy for updating their records in the system. If the user fails to provide the same, the user shall be held solely responsible for failure in receiving communication updates from Cipherfantasy.

26. General Terms & Conditions for Pan card and bank Account

PAN CARD
A pan card once uploaded by the user and verified from our end can be deleted anytime if found or suspected to be a forged document.
In case the documents are found or believed to be fake, the user account can be blocked/deleted under “fair play violation”.
In case a user is found to be a resident of Assam, Odisha, Telangana or Nagaland after the pan card verification, his/her pan card can be deleted anytime even after the verification.

BANK ACCOUNT

A bank account once uploaded by the user and verified from our end can be deleted anytime if found or suspected to be a forged document.
In case the documents are found or believed to be fake, the user account can be blocked under “fair play violation”.
The withdrawals can be withheld if the uploaded documents are found or believed to be fake amid or after the bank account verification.
In case a user is found to be a resident of Assam, Odisha, Telangana or Nagaland after the bank account verification, his/her bank account can be deleted anytime even after the verification.
All state bank accounts have been merged to SBI, thus, make sure the IFSC Code entered by you should be the new IFSC.
It is mandatory that the bank account number on the verification image should match exactly with the account number entered in details. The “0s” mandatory to be mentioned in the details.

27. Taxation

The winnings, cash bonuses and prizes are subjected to various taxes.

28. Withdrawals

The withdrawal request of a user is processed within 24 working hours (herein the working hours refers to bank’s working hours) excluding the date the request is made. In case, your withdrawal request is not processed within 24 working hours after the date the request is made; please check your registered email address provided by you at the time of registration for any communications from Cipherfantasy. In an event, any Cipherfantasy user is found to be violating the Fair Play Terms, or in general Terms & Conditions of the website then Cipherfantasy at its sole and absolute discretion holds all the rights to take strict measures against the users including (but not limited to):
In an event a user is found having more than 9 referred friends whose mobile number, email address or PAN card details are not verified, then the withdrawals requests of the user can be put on hold, or his/her user account can be blocked permanently.
In an event, a user is found to have more than 9 friends whose details (mobile number, email address or PAN card details) are unverified and the user is asked to get the details (mobile number, email address, PAN card and Bank account details) of their referred friends verified by the executives of Cipherfantasy, then the withdrawal request put on hold shall not be refunded to the Cipherfantasy wallet of the user & shall continue to be on hold.
In an event a user is found to be having more than single id registered on Cipherfantasy or multiple ids registered under the same name then the withdrawal request of such users can either be put on hold, or their user accounts can be blocked refraining them from playing further on Cipherfantasy.
Any user if ever found to be violating the Fair Play Terms of Cipherfantasy which can be visited on “Fair Play,” will be either blocked from playing further on Cipherfantasy or his/her withdrawal requests will be put on hold for violating the Fair Play terms.
The withdrawals of users found to be creating a fake refer chain by creating multiple ids under the same name to earn the Refer a Friend bonus will be blocked from using Cipherfantasy services provided by the platform alongside putting their withdrawal requests on hold.
In an event, any user is identified to be a resident of Assam, Odisha, Telangana or Nagaland amid the Cipherfantasy audits and had hidden this fact while registering at the platform will be blocked, and his/her withdrawal requests will be put on hold.
Cipherfantasy could put the withdrawal requests of users violating the Fair Play terms of Cipherfantasy or can block the user account at any stage amid its audits, no matter if the withdrawal requests of the user had been accepted previously.
In case the withdrawal request of a user is kept on hold, and Cipherfantasy at its sole & absolute discretion decides to process the withdrawal request of that user after he/she agrees to abide by the Fair Play Terms of Cipherfantasy then such withdrawals shall take 5-7 working days to process.
In case you are a Winner on Cipherfantasy and is asked to provide your details (contact details, images, etc.) for promotions, then it is mandatory for you to provide your consent for using the details, photographs, and rights to use your photographs for social media and all other sorts of promotions. In case, you disagree with providing the required details then your withdrawal request shall be put on hold.
In case, we suspect any account to be violating our fair play or verification terms already stated in the Terms & Conditions of Cipherfantasy; we hold all the rights to verify the user at any time. Cipherfantasy holds all the rights to video call any user at any point of time to validate & verify his/her identity. If the video call done as a part of the verification process is found to be negative, then the user account shall be blocked & his withdrawal shall be put on hold. Cipherfantasy is free by all means to verify & validate the identity of a user at any point of time as per its will/wish.
